One Nash Square's contemporary architecture is paired with timeless materials, drawing inspiration from the nearby Warehouse District, where the robust industrial fabric of Raleigh's railroad era established a lasting architectural language. The façade's rigorous grid of windows and precast concrete reinterpret the scale, rhythm, and solidity of these historic structures in a contemporary expression. A consistent grid unifies the building’s balanced, cohesive form. 

The new building’s primary façade along West Martin Street, across from the square, features gracious balconies set within deep bays. Along the southern façade, a landscaped podium terrace offers a rooftop pool and entertaining area, extending the residential experience outdoors. Upper floors capture expansive views of the park canopy and Raleigh skyline, while landscaped outdoor spaces provide quiet retreats above the city. Inside, generous floor plans, abundant daylight, and balconies recessed within deep façade bays create comfortable living spaces. 

At the base, metal-clad storefronts and a carefully scaled residential entry connect the building to both Nash Square Park and the surrounding neighborhood.
