Union Market Parcel 3’s massing is composed of two separate bars connected by an iconic bridge. Contextually, the multifamily building sits squarely between Galluadet University, with its many brick buildings, and the neighboring industrial market zone characterized by raw materials. As such, Parcel 3's façade employs a mix of brick and gray metal, using brick accents on the University-facing façade and transitioning to metal accents on the market-facing façade.
