Located in the thriving NoMad design district, MA’s first skyscraper is a luxury residential tower located at 30 East 31st Street. With commanding views on each floor, the building’s Art Deco architecture and contemporary interiors reflect the neighborhood's dynamic past, present, and future. Continuing to take inspiration from the project's history and context, MA selected art for the building’s lobby and ground-level lounge to cultivate a strong sense of place and presence starting at the street level. The firm also curated a dramatic selection of artwork for a temporary showroom apartment to match the cinematic cityscape as seen through floor-to-ceiling windows.
