In 2021, MA completed the interior fit-out of a luxury penthouse within the Austin Nichols House—a historically significant circa 1915 concrete warehouse located along the East River waterfront in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, that the firm first renovated in 2016. As part of MA's comprehensive interior design services, the firm built a cohesive collection of contemporary emerging art from the vast resources of artists and galleries in New York City, including significant paintings by Marlon Mullen, Mason Saltarrelli, EJ Hauser, Chason Matthams, and Saskia Boelsums. Each piece was specifically selected to engage the materiality and furnishings of the penthouse and respond to the site's evolving urban context.
