The Nora West Tower is a mixed-income multifamily development featuring a blend of market-rate and workforce housing, along with a thoughtful curation of retail storefronts designed to activate the public realm. Stepped massing serves as a transition between adjacent low- and high-density areas. The southern side of the site features townhomes that match the scale of legacy single-family homes in the neighborhood. Tower lofts are set back on the north side of the site.
