Located next to the recently commissioned Silver Line Metro Station in Reston, VA, Halley Rise is a new mixed-use, master-planned community encompassing more than 3.5 million square feet of housing, retail, offices, public green spaces, and areas for year-round cultural activations. MA's master plan and associated designs transform the 36-acre site, formerly a suburban office park, into a dense and dynamic transit-oriented community, distributing density and vehicular circulation to promote a walkable network of open spaces lined with active ground floor programming.
