Under the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs City Canvas initiative, MA Art worked collaboratively with Front & York’s developers and Brooklyn-based artist Misha Tyutyunik to create a mural honoring the essential workers who served the community during the dramatic first wave of COVID-19 lockdowns. Occupying nearly 500 feet of temporary construction fencing, the mural was printed on a code-specified durable vinyl and remained in place for a full year.
