Ground has officially broken on The Avenue, a mixed-use residential and retail destination along Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples. A ceremonial groundbreaking marked the start of construction, bringing together local officials, community stakeholders, and members of the development, design, sales, and construction teams. The milestone follows a strong December sales period, with approximately $20 million in residential transactions.
Blending luxury living with dynamic retail and dining, the pedestrian-oriented project is composed of four three-story condominium buildings—two designed by MA—connected by a network of lush, shaded pathways. Central to the project’s vision, these pathways function as both public amenity and connective tissue, helping to mend the gap between Tin City and the 5th Avenue shopping district while reinforcing a cohesive and enduring sense of place.
