We are thrilled to announce that Helen Billson has joined MA as Director of Operations. Her arrival in this key position marks a meaningful enhancement to the firm's leadership team.

Helen, a trained architect and associate member of the AIA, joins MA with more than 20 years of experience, most recently as a Project Development Director for OMA's New York office. She has a proven record of establishing and managing international projects at diverse scales and programs, but what sets Helen apart is her genuine passion for the people who bring these projects to life.

As Director of Operations, Helen has become integral to MA's leadership cadre. Her responsibilities encompass establishing and managing project staffing resources and ensuring the production and quality standards of our design deliverables are met, as well as contributing to initiatives that nurture business growth and personnel advancement in alignment with MA’s core mission and long-term aspirations.

Helen is also actively engaged in flood resiliency planning, particularly in the Northeastern United States, collaborating globally with other professionals dedicated to this important endeavor. We look forward to leveraging her expertise to proactively address climate change and resilience in each of the firm's projects.

Helen's enthusiasm to contribute her diverse experience and achievements to the firm is palpable. We are confident that her addition to the MA team will bring support and momentum to the development of our projects and contribute significantly to the firm's continued success.
