Gateway Jax Pearl Street District Multiphase Site Plan Granted Final Approval | Jacksonville Daily Record
We're very excited to share that a project we've been working on in Jacksonville, FL, has recently received conceptual approval from the city's Downtown Development Review Board. The new 22-story multifamily building, also known as "Block N8," is located within the multi-phase "Gateway Jax Pearl Street District." Once complete, the new building will add approximately 530 residential units, a residential pool, two parking levels, and 62,000 square feet of ground-floor and second-floor retail space within Jacksonville's evolving North Core neighborhood.
