"With architecture and design spearheaded by Morris Adjmi Architects (MA) in collaboration with Stokes Architecture + Design and Method’s in-house studio, the 16-floor mixed-use property will boast a striking cast-in-place diagrid façade juxtaposed with a wall of windows—adding depth and an element of transparency and surprise. The tower, akin to a jewel box, will be elegantly perched on a brick podium featuring contextual corbelling that artfully frames window openings."
