With nearly 25 years of industry expertise—including three transformative years as MA’s Design Director of Interiors—Becca has been instrumental in shaping the success of our interior design studio and enriching the firm’s culture. Her strategic insight, thoughtful leadership, and deep commitment to our core values and community have played a key role in MA’s continued growth and evolution.

In her new role, Becca will continue to lead MA’s interiors group in delivering high-quality, award-winning projects, while also taking on broader leadership responsibilities as part of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team. In this expanded role, Becca will advance new business initiatives, contribute to the firm’s strategic vision, and further strengthen MA’s presence in the industry as a brand ambassador. Becca will also continue to foster a collaborative, integrated design process across MA’s planning, architecture, interior design, and art services, all with an unwavering commitment to seamless project delivery, design excellence, and client care.
